Secure Packaging
Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached in the original luxury packaging.
Courier Collection
Once approved, schedule a pickup with our designated international courier partner or drop off the package at an authorized shipping center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon receiving your return, our artisans will inspect the garment; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
